This policy covers the Atkins Studio website (atkins.studio), operated by Atkins Studio, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”), based in Tennessee. It covers this site only — our products handle far more of your information and have their own policies. Oath's lives at oath.money/privacy. What we collect

Two things, and only two. Analytics: we use PostHog to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, basic device and browser information, and your IP address. We don't use it to identify you. Contact messages: if you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you send — your name, email address, and message — and use it solely to reply. It's delivered to our inbox as email; this website keeps no database of its own.

We collect this to run and improve the site, to reply to you, to keep the site secure, and to meet our legal obligations — nothing more.

Who helps us run it

A short list of service providers, each acting only on our behalf and not permitted to use your information for their own purposes: Netlify hosts the site (and, like any web host, logs requests including IP addresses), PostHog provides the analytics above, and Resend delivers your contact message to our inbox.

How long we keep it

Contact messages stay in our inbox as long as we need them to handle your inquiry and for ordinary business records, then we delete them. Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months and used in aggregate.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your personal information. We don't run third-party advertising or tracking pixels. We don't collect anything this page doesn't mention.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of any sale or sharing — free from any penalty for asking. On this site there's not much to hold (in practice, your correspondence), and we don't sell or share it anyway. To exercise any of these rights, email info@atkins.studio and we'll take care of it.

Children

This site isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email info@atkins.studio and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a meaningful change, we'll revise the date shown at the top of this page.
